One breath pattern for the end of the day

Two inhales, one long exhale.

One breath pattern for the end of the day

Hi <3

Short one today.

The new osiris.yoga is taking shape, and you’ll see it before the public

When you leave a hard shift or a long day of holding space, your system is still running at work speed. In the car, the stairwell, or the kitchen, try this:

  1. Inhale through your nose.

  2. Take a second short sip of air on top.

  3. Exhale slowly through your mouth, as long as you can.

  4. Repeat 3 times.

The double inhale reopens the small air sacs in your lungs. The long exhale slows your heart rate. Most people feel the shift within three rounds.

Use it tonight. Nothing to sign up for.

Monday, something bigger.
